Personal Care Attendants play a vital role in supporting residents’ daily needs and overall well-being. Staff members are responsible for responding to resident requests, assisting with light housekeeping tasks, and providing guidance and directions throughout the facility.

Additional duties may include assisting residents with basic personal hygiene and offering day-to-day support that promotes comfort, safety, and independence. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of individuals in a residential care setting.

 This position requires all staff to maintain the necessary food handling permits and prior chef or cooking experience. In addition to technical skills, we are seeking individuals with a friendly, compassionate personality and a strong sense of empathy for residents with a variety of dietary needs and mental health conditions.

It is essential that our residents receive meals that are not only nutritious and compliant with their dietary requirements, but also enjoyable and tailored to their preferences. The ideal candidate understands the importance of dignity in dining and contributes to a positive mealtime experience for all residents.

 Medication Technicians provide around-the-clock administration of prescribed medications and support with other basic medical needs in accordance with facility policies and applicable regulations.

Staff in this role must hold the required training and certifications, as well as complete all necessary emergency response training to ensure proper action in the event of accidents or medical situations.

A key responsibility of this position includes accurately completing Medication Administration Records (MAR) while administering medications to residents, ensuring strict compliance, accuracy, and accountability at all times.
